How do I list my wallet on Sendmonee Marketplace?

To list your wallet; On the Home Screen, select the "List Wallet" button, select the currency, set the minimum and maximum amounts that can be bought, choose the currency you want to receive, and enter your exchange rate.

Are there any fees for listing my wallet?

No, there are zero listing fees on Sendmonee Marketplace. You can maximize your profits without any upfront costs.

How does the exchange rate setting work?

When listing your wallet, you can set your own exchange rate within a defined threshold above or below the market rate to offer competitive rates within acceptable limits.

What payment options are available for receiving funds?

You can choose how you want to receive payment for your transactions. Options include instant transfers to your Sendmonee wallet using your unique Sendmonee Tag or direct deposits into your nominated bank account.

What is the minimum and maximum amount I can send and receive?

There’s no minimum limit for transfers—you can send or receive any amount. The maximum transfer limit depends on your account’s currency and can be viewed under Account limits in the Account & Security section of your profile tab.

What is the process for adding a new currency wallet?

On the Wallet Balance card in the Home screen, swipe left to see the "Add Wallet" button. Click on the 'Add Wallet' button, select the currency you want to add, and confirm the creation of your new wallet.

What is the process of funding a wallet?

On the Home screen, click "Fund Wallet", choose the currency you want to add, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your deposit.

How do I send money to someone on Sendmonee?

On the Home screen, click 'Send Money.' Select a choice between "Send Money Internationally" and "Wallet to Wallet." For wallet to wallet, select the wallet to send from, input the amount and the recipient's Sendmonee Tag (the recipient's will be populated automatically once this is inputted), select the purpose, and then enter your transaction PIN.

How do I reset my forgotten password?

To reset your password, click Forgot Password on the login screen, confirm your registered email, and select Send Code to receive a verification code via email; enter the code on the next screen, click Verify, then set and confirm a new password to complete the reset (please check your spam folder if the code doesn’t arrive).
